Using the extension
- Open a job posting on a supported recruiting site, then open Save to Lytdash.
- Review the company, role, location, employment details, signals, and description detected on the page.
- Correct missing or inaccurate information before import. Some descriptions may need to be pasted manually.
- Choose Import to Lytdash when the reviewed information is ready. The job is added to preparation; no application is submitted.
If information is missing
Recruiting sites expose different levels of structured information. Fields without reliable evidence may stay blank, and sparse postings may show guidance or keep import unavailable until required information is reviewed.
Common issues
- Page not detected: confirm that an individual job posting is open, scroll once if the page loads content lazily, then choose Scan again.
- Description incomplete: expand the full posting on the site or paste the complete job description into the review field.
- Company or location missing: enter only information you can verify from the posting before import.
- Account disconnected: reconnect with a current extension token from Lytdash Settings, then retry.
