The service

• Lytdash is a job search management platform that helps you track applications, manage CVs and cover letters, and use AI-powered tools to improve your job search.
• You may access Lytdash through the web application at lytdash.com and through the Save to Lytdash browser extension.
• We may update or modify the service at any time. We will notify you of changes that materially affect your use.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Lytdash.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Each account is for a single user. You may not share your account with others.

Acceptable use

• Lytdash is for personal, non-commercial job search use only.
• You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse AI features, or interfere with the service or other users.
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the platform without our written permission.

Payments and subscriptions

• Lytdash offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro plan with expanded capabilities.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual property

Lytdash and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Lytdash and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your data and documents remain yours.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Lytdash is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. AI-generated content is provided for assistance only and should be reviewed before use.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Privacy & Data > Export data or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
